These workshops can be attended by teachers and students. You can do 1 or the whole 5, your choice.
It is a KRI requirement to complete 1 day of Meditation/White Tantic or 5 x Rebirthing Workshops as part of your Level 1 Teacher Training, facilitated by a KRI Registered Trainer.

Our trainings are approved and registered with KRI - Kundalini Yoga Research Institute, the peak body for Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training around the world.
Members of our team are also registered with Yoga Australia as Level 3 Teachers and Yoga Therapists, and have E-RYT 500 Alliance registration.
