Level Two

Level Two is open to KRI Level One Certified Instructors. The 300-hour/2-year certification program consists of five 62-hour modules and fulfills the Yoga Alliance 500-hour requirement. Graduates of Level Two earn the title of Certified Practitioner of Kundalini Yoga.

Before your Level One Certification you thirsted for a deeper understanding of the yoga. In Level Two you acknowledge on a heart level that it is no longer sufficient for you to just have the skills and fulfill the basic duties of an instructor. To reach the next level means assessing where you are in your commitment to authenticity, and offering yourself up to transformation. This has never been a solo journey, and Level Two is no exception.

You can choose to take 1 course or all of them in any order as you are drawn to. Each course is 50 hours x 6 days face to face.

Building on the foundation of Level One, Level Two Teacher Training is about personal transformation and deepening the core capacities, character and consciousness of a Kundalini Yoga Teacher.

Curriculum

In this level, the Instructor cultivates the yogic capacities of intuition, neutrality and self-assessment within the five mirrors of consciousness.

Conscious Communication

Uplift and penetrate through the power of the word

What do we mean by communication? The definition of communication is a practice that creates a “common notion” with another person or object of attention…At what level do we communicate? Did you ever learn that your existence is your communication? Your projection is your relationship? You are the power? But life is often sour. There is no happiness, because your communication has no purpose of Self. You communicate to impress someone. You don’t communicate to relate you to someone. That’s why you suffer now. You don’t communicate consciously. —Yogi Bhajan

Mind & Meditation

Conquer the mind and conquer the world

 

Course Summary

Conquer the mind and you will conquer the world. The mind is the problem yet within it is the solution. This is the opportunity for an in depth exploration of the mind, its functions, facets and projections. Learn to recognise your own tendencies and experience the meditations that transform the mind into a truly great and helpful servant of your soul. The meditative mind provides the means to be still, intuitive and creative.

In Level 2, through your personal practice, group process, deep interactive discussion, intense meditations, you will go through a transformation that will help you to deepen your own direct perception of the teachings. It will also serve to improve your ability to create and maintain the Sacred Space of a Teacher.

Our success as Kundalini Yoga teachers and as conscious human beings depends on our capacity to be authentic and respond from our hearts; our primary objective is to examine our relationships and improve our effectiveness, authenticity and awareness within them.
