Personal Information we Collect

- Online form when purchasing a service or product
- Online form when applying for a course
- Online form when subscribing to our Newsletter.
Sensitive information is defined in the Privacy Act to include information or opinion about such things as an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record, or health information.
Sensitive information that we may collect about you includes:
- Religious or Philosophical Beliefs
- Membership of a Professional Body
- Health information.
Sensitive information will be used by us only:
- For the primary purpose for which it was obtained
- For a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose
- With your consent; or where required or authorised by law.
Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
Please note that payment information is directed to a third party (PayPal). Payment details are not collected on the Site. Also, subscription information is directed to a third party (MailChimp) and is not collected on the Site. To our knowledge these third parties comply with the relevant Privacy Laws. This however must be confirmed with each third party.
We will not sell or otherwise share your personal information with other third parties, except in the following cases:
- if the law requires it
- if it is required for any legal proceeding
- to prove or protect our legal rights
- anyone to whom our business or assets (or any part of them) are or may (in good faith) be transferred.

You may request confirmation of the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to confirm, modify and/or delete your Personal Information, please contact us in writing.
KYTTA will not charge any fee for your confirmation request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information. In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
Collection of Personal Information from minors
If a child under the capacity to consent age in their state or territory provides us with personal information, their parent or guardian may contact us in writing to confirm this and request deletion. If we learn that we have unknowingly collected unauthorised personal information from a child under the capacity to consent age, the personal information will be deleted as soon as possible.
